2026 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

RACQUET RULE

In 2026 all players must provide their own racquet or hire one for the term.

The decision to provide your own, purchase at subsided price of $30 or hire for the Term from $10 is up to you. Please notify us on what you would like to do prior to term starting. This policy will be fully in effect in week 3 of Term 1, 2026

This policy has come about as in the last 12 months we have had over 70 broken racquets and over 100 grip changes due to children hitting or throwing the racquets against fences/pole/ground etc and peeling off of grips during use. The cost to replace has become far too high and we can no longer offer the free racquet service.

We have ordered a bulk supply from Babolat/Luft and can offer racquets from as low at $30.

2026 MAKE UP POLICY 
 
A Make up lesson is available if you miss a class under the following conditions.

1) You have provided at least 6 hours notice that you will not be attending your class via email to info@forestvilletennis.com.au

You are entitled to 2 make ups per term only.

You must complete make ups before the Term completes, once a new term starts all make-ups become void.

If you are going on a holiday and will miss sessions you are eligible to apply for your make-up sessions in advance. No credit or refunds will be given.

If you are away and will be starting the Term late the best option is to book in to class, if available, when you get back


A reminder to all that the Tennis Program is always ON (Rain/Hail/Shine). While there are days that make the full program difficult (eg. Rain/Extreme heat etc), We have a large indoor area and air conditioning that can assist the continuity of training despite extreme conditions. If cancelling on a wet or extreme heat day you will be required to provide a medical certificate to confirm illness.
 
COURT HIRE CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your court hire you must do so a minimum of 4 hours ahead of time - any cancellation within 4 hours will be lost and credit unavailable. In the case of wet weather call the pro shop on 9975 5189 and they will assess the courts for you and make decision on playability.
